The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the HR team along with all aspects of the human resources function, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and labor laws. - Design, lead, and restructure the HR department within the group.
- Assign responsibilities to the HR team and monitor their performance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and updated regulations. Maintain employee records per legal and organizational standards.
- Present HR reports to senior management, identifying trends and making recommendations for HR policies and practices.
- Collaborate with senior management and department managers to foster a balanced work environment and promote inclusiveness within the group and its departments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations, mediating and resolving any concerns. Promote a positive and harmonious workplace culture.
- Develop strategies for the complete recruitment cycle to attract niche talent for the group. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including defining job positions, posting advertisements, and conducting interviews in collaboration with department managers.
- Create and design professional development initiatives across the group. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on overall employee performance. Work with senior management to support positive changes in the work culture and align HR strategies with the group’s business goals.
- Advise senior management and department managers on setting performance standards and goals and conduct regular performance evaluations. Design an employee appraisal system along with recognition and reward programs.
