Job Description
We are hiring a strong and assertive Load Controller / Operations Executive to manage freight operations, coordinate loading, and negotiate with drivers. The ideal candidate must handle high-pressure environments, follow up with drivers, ensure smooth dispatch, and manage basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate loading & dispatch to prevent delays.
• Negotiate with drivers on schedules & operational matters.
• Monitor shipments & follow up for timely deliveries.
• Handle pressure & resolve issues quickly.
• Track expenses, payments & assist in accounting.
Requirements:
• Fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
• 3+ years experience in logistics/freight operations.
• Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
• Basic accounting & Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of trucking & GCC transport regulations is a plus.
